In short: to play World of Solaria you need an account, so we store your email address and your game progress (characters, items, guild, purchases). We use that data to run the game and to support you. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time by writing to mirrorworldmmo@gmail.com.

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
- Game Data means the data created by playing the Service, such as Your characters, levels, experience, items, gold, guild, achievements, PvP results and in-game purchases.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application and to the website worldofsolariammo.com.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Data We Collect
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Your email address, which identifies Your Account;
- Your account name and character names, which You choose Yourself;
- If You sign in with Google, Apple or Steam, the account identifier and email address that the provider returns to Us. We never receive or store Your password for those services.
Game Data
To run a persistent online world, We store the progress of Your Account on Our servers: characters, class, level and experience, inventory and equipment, gold and premium currency, guild membership, achievements, quests, friends list, PvP results and the history of Your in-game purchases. Chat messages and reports may be stored temporarily for moderation and anti-cheat purposes.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including the IP address of Your mobile device, connection and login timestamps, crash and error logs, and the email address with which You created the Account. IP addresses and login timestamps are also used to detect cheating, botting and account theft.
Purchases
If You buy premium currency or other items, the payment itself is processed by the platform store (Google Play, Apple App Store, Steam) or, on the browser and desktop versions, by Our payment provider Xsolla. We never receive or store Your credit card number or banking details. We only receive the confirmation of the transaction and the identifier of the product purchased, so We can deliver it to Your Account and handle refunds or disputes.
Advertising (browser version only)
In the browser version of the game, You may choose to watch an optional rewarded video advertisement in exchange for an in-game bonus. These advertisements are served by GameDistribution, which may collect device and usage information to deliver and measure them. Watching an advertisement is always optional, and no advertisements are shown in the mobile or Steam versions of the game.
Push Notifications
With Your permission, We may send You push notifications about the game (events, guild activity, rewards). This uses a device token provided by Your operating system. You can disable notifications at any time in the settings of Your device.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service: to run the game world, save Your progress and let You play across Your devices.
- To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
- To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us, including support, account recovery and data deletion.
- To deliver Your purchases and to handle refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes.
- To keep the game fair and safe: to detect and prevent cheating, botting, fraud, account theft and abusive behaviour, and to enforce Our rules.
- To improve the Service: to understand how the Service is used, fix bugs and balance the game.
We do not sell Your Personal Data, and We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on a small number of Service Providers. They only receive the data they need to perform their function, and they are bound to use it only on Our behalf:
- Google (Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play) — account sign-in, push notifications and purchases on Android. Google Privacy Policy

- Our hosting and game-server provider — stores the game database and server logs.
If You play the browser version through a game portal, that portal is an independent controller of the data it collects on its own pages, and its own privacy policy applies there.
Information Visible to Other Players
World of Solaria is a multiplayer game, so part of Your Game Data is public by design. Your character names, class, level, equipment, guild, achievements, PvP results and the items You put up for sale are visible to other players in the game and may also be shown on the public pages of this website (rankings, shop, guild and boss pages).
Your email address is never shown publicly. Please keep in mind that anything You choose to write in a character name, guild name or public chat can be seen by other players, so do not put personal information there.
Retention of Your Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. You also have the right to access, correct and obtain a copy of that data.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service. You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if You have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows You to manage Your personal information.
To delete Your entire Account and the Personal Data attached to it, send an email to mirrorworldmmo@gmail.com from the email address of the Account, with the account name. We will process the request within 30 days.
Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so — for example purchase records required for accounting, or the record of a ban issued for cheating.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
